The legacy
While butter chicken remains a menu mainstay, you'll now find various interpretations
of this classic dish at my butter chicken. Some versions feature traditional recipes
while others are marinated in spinach and many other varieties of creamy sauce
developed in house; others par-cook the tandoori chicken; while others still rely on sauté
techniques, but the taste of every flavor is differentiated by the Top chef Mintu who
personally intervenes to ensure the best taste and more importantly to suit the taste
buds of various audiences.
